Holy cows, Batman! We have a veritable CORNUCOPIA of participants in the Red and White Snowball Challenge. This is thrilling. We put a challenge out there. And you stepped up to the task. And I can't wait to start seeing them all in progress. Just imagine all the little red and white scraps that will be piling up worldwide as we start on these. I'm compiling a list of everyone over there to the right. Please make sure your name is there in the next day or two, and if not, drop me a line. We want everyone to be able to check up on you from time to time.
Today is the LAST day to join the fabric strip swap. So if you'd like to, and haven't already, go visit my inbox and leave me your name and mailing address. skagwayquilts@hotmail.com. Tomorrow, I will compile all the names and send out a mass email to everyone listing all of our addresses. Then the swapping shall commence! Woot! Woot!
PS. We have over twenty people participating in the fabric swap. To keep mailing fees down, I'm going to divide us up into two or three swap groups of 8-10 people. Check your inboxes for your group info tomorrow morning please.
Hi Allyson...wow. That's great that you've had such a good response. If there are fifty women, does that mean we need to send 3 strips to each person? That's a lot.

You said there is a list off to the left of everyone participating but I don't see any list. Am I missing something?

Such a great idea to divide us into small groups for the swap! I'm excited! Here's a question: are we washing or not washing the fabric before we cut the strips? I know people have different opinions about this. I'm thinking red + white = pink. What's the general opinion, do you think?
