Your quilt was the best one of the bunch, you should finish it. I, too, overcommitted myself in 2004. I signed up for a local BOM, an online BOM, we had two BOM in my quilt guild that I was working on and both of my daughters got married and I made the wedding dresses. Needless to say, a few of the BOMs got pushed aside. I have since finished all but one so I'm progressing. Love you blog. . .

O.k. Now you have GOT to finish this one. It is looking fabulous. I expect to see a progress picture in the next few months!!!! I have loved your Brown Bag Challenge Quilt Show this week. Do more! Do more! My favorite of the cat quilts is the cats playing in the snow.

The cat fabric is cute. I could do that one...maybe not some of the others, though.

Amazing the variety of quilts in the challenge. Some very talented quilters.

I agree with the proposed rule about including the pattern for the quilt on the cover of a quilt book. The quilt on the cover is often the reason why I buy the book and since I buy most books on line, it is really very disappointing if the pattern is not included.

Okay, the fact that you didn't finish your quilt from a magazine titled "the art of finishing your quilt" is pretty funny. It looks good so far, though. You should finish it some time, and post it here for all of us to ooh and ahh. :)
