Cute! I love both of those lines of fabric. I have some stashed away to make a wall hanging. Maybe next year it will be done and hanging on my wall! I like to sew late at night too, no interruptions! Except that I have to get up early the next day to get my little one off to school, so I don't stay up late very often. *sigh*

Love the photo of your cat sacked out on the sofa. Reminds me of a couple of characters who live at my house. Your Christmas stockings are just too cute for words. I think I need to make a set for my kids for next year.

You mean I'm not the only one with an "on" switch that clicks at 10pm? I do my best thinking, planning, sewing, heck--cleaning(!) after 10pm. Glad to know I'm not alone. I agree that it is probably the lack of distractions. I'm pretty ADD during the --hey, look! a squirrel!
You get the picture...

I've usually gotten a couple of hours of sleep in before you even get going! Lately I've been waking up at 2, I should get up sew instead of tossing and turning.

Do you take the cats with you on your extended vacation?

The stockings are great, a wonderful gift.

My dogs assume the same pose on the couch! What is it with animals and flopping on their backs? Oh...and cute stockings, too! Jan

Allyson, the stockings are wonderful!!! Love the cat too, my dogs also sleep in the same position, usually leaning against either my hubby or me. Problem with that is, you feel guilty if you have to move and disturb them. Boy, just goes to show who runs the household doesn't it? LOL

Cute stockings!
My mind tells me I'd love to quilt into the wee hours of the night, but my brain won't let me. It wants to go to sleep, and so it befuddles me and if I persist, I tend to make mistakes. My prime time seems to be from 11 am to 1 pm, and again from 8 pm to 10.

So cute! I finally started making a Christmas quilt with a Merry & Bright charm pack and layer cake, sadly I worked on it like a mad woman for 1 day and then tossed it a side. But this has reminded me that I really do love the fabrics...I must get it done for next year.
