I love how the greens you chose in the border perfectly complement the greens in the leaves! And I think you made the right choice with the lighter color on the inside.

Beautiful work!

I really like what you chose to frame the embroidered center. It picks out the greens in the leaves and doesn't compete with the blue flowers.
Well done.

I just love how you "framed" the emb. block--wow!!! is all I can say!
have a great new year--
Hugs, blissful Di

I love the way you did the border on the embroidered piece.
About fashion and being behind..you have made me laugh for the first time today :) I love the snowball quilt as well.
Blessings

Gorgeous!

Oh My Gosh!! You very clever girl!! I LOVE your border! Your design and fabric choices could not be more perfect. I pity the next person in line, this is one amazing quilt. I've never seen flying geese made with 3 colors to frame something like you did, and the corners......just amazing...stunning...I'm out of adjectives....

I just realized when I saw the red and white quilt that my quilter promised me my "He sees you when you're sleeping" quilt by Christmas but did not deliver. Poor R & W snowball quilt, spent December in a closet in a quilt shop.

Really good choice in complimenting the central design!

Absolutely beautiful. I love what you did with the border. It's perfect.

Allyson, it is absolutely stunning. A perfect accent for that beautiful center. Thanks for sharing. Hugs coming your way.

Oh, Allyson, thanks for posting! How am I ever going to get through my workday now - I'd rather be quilting! I may have to bring some HST to work with me today to trim at lunch. I love Janine's center and your border - it's perfect with the light to dark - wow!

I love what you did with your Round Robin. I'll have to remember that. My group did one a few years back and sometimes it was difficult to come up with something to do.
